STRATEGY / TRANSFORMATION / EXECUTION

Natasha Seth

I help your strategy survive contact with reality.

I work with founders, leadership teams and businesses at the point where ambition, change or growth needs to become an operating reality.

My experience spans banking, capital markets, insurance, alternative investments, fintech, consulting and founder-led ventures, with a growing focus on health, wellness and longevity.

01 / WORK

From strategy to something that works.

I work across strategy, proposition, customer, brand and execution, helping businesses connect the pieces, sharpen the decisions that matter and make sure the commercial story, customer experience and operating reality reinforce one another.

Strategy and business coherence

Making sense of the whole picture, clarifying what matters and connecting decisions across the business so strategy, proposition, organisation and execution reinforce rather than contradict one another.

Proposition, customer and brand

Helping businesses get clearer about what they are offering, who it is for, why it matters and how the customer should experience it across product, service, brand and delivery.

Growth and market development

Working with businesses as they explore new markets, partnerships, propositions and growth opportunities.

Fractional, interim and founder advisory

Stepping in during periods of growth, transition or change to provide senior operating support, help founders work through new organisational challenges and bring structure to the realities that emerge as a business evolves.

The problems worth solving rarely sit neatly inside one function, market or discipline.

02 / EXPERIENCE

Experience across institutions, ventures and new categories.

I have worked across banking, capital markets, insurance, alternative investments, fintech, consulting and founder-led ventures, in environments ranging from large global institutions to businesses being built in real time.

The settings have been very different. The common thread has been understanding how the pieces fit together, finding clarity in complexity and helping good ideas become credible, workable businesses.

Operating view

Different industries. Same fundamental questions.

Where does value actually sit?

What is not joining up? What does the customer need? And what has to be true for the whole thing to work?

03 / CURRENT FOCUS

The business of health, wellness and longevity.

My own experience navigating health optimisation introduced me to a familiar problem from a very different perspective: an abundance of science, data and options does not necessarily make it easier to know what matters or what to do next.

That has made me increasingly interested in the commercial and operating questions around health, wellness and longevity: how credible propositions are built, how people navigate complexity, and what it takes to turn promising science, services and technologies into businesses people can understand, use and sustain.

Consumer relationship

Who owns the relationship across medicine, diagnostics, nutrition, movement, supplements, technology and traditional systems of health?

Commercial model

Where is there recurring willingness to pay, rather than novelty, status or one-off experimentation?

Cross-market translation

What can travel between markets, and what needs to be rebuilt around local behaviour, trust and delivery?

04 / APPROACH

Clarity, structure and momentum.

01

Find the real question

Separate the actual decision or constraint from the noise surrounding it.

02

Design for operating reality

Build around how people, incentives, customers and organisations genuinely behave, not how a presentation assumes they will behave.

03

Translate across worlds

Connect founders, specialists, functions and markets that often use different language to describe the same underlying problem.

04

Leave behind something usable

Create decisions, structures and operating models that can continue working after the advisory engagement ends.

05 / CONNECT

Working through something complex?

I work selectively with founders, leadership teams and organisations on strategy, transformation, commercialisation, growth and complex execution.

I am particularly interested in businesses entering new markets, developing new propositions, bringing different parts of the business into better alignment or working through periods of significant change.
